Be aware of the person or institution for whom you have very strong negative feelings. Watch the stories you tell yourself to justify these feelings. is there any reason to keep harbouring these feelings any longer? Does it do you any good long term?

I actually don’t remember my dream from last night which is sad and unusual. Oh well.

Bleached my hair again yesterday. Gonna get it cut and then dye it tonight or tomorrow. 

Went to Mumsi’s last night for dinner. Smoked Turkey legs, corn on the cob with butter, and kale cooked in chicken broth. Mamaw and Papaw came to pick me up since I still have to personal transportation. Mamaw gave me a loaf of banana bread the she had baked. It was dark out when they dropped me off at home, and I went straight to my room. They panicked since I had not turned any lights on in the house. They called 5 times trying to see if I was okay, but my phone had died (battery drained) so I didn’t get any of the calls. I video chatted with KT for a bit and then turned my phone on the see all of the panic a missing light had caused.
